People should be cautious but not panicked and this flu is being treated like any seasonal flu. It is important to remember:
· If you are sick with flu-like symptoms stay home, wash your hands and practice good respiratory hygiene. It is recommended that you stay home 24-48 hours after symptoms are resolved.
· Call your private physician if you feel that you are sick enough to seek medical attention.
· If you think you may have been exposed by a close contact to someone with the flu, check temps 2 times a day and monitor for flu like symptoms.
